Mihnea Palaghiu (Mihu) is a music composer and sound designer based in Romania. He is the founder of HZSMITH SRL and HZSMITH AUDIO SRL, and he specializes in creating immersive audio experiences for games, films, commercials, and television.With over a decade of experience in music production across a wide range of genres, Mihu has built a strong foundation in both the creative and technical aspects of audio. His studies in music business and copyright law have further shaped his understanding of the industry, enabling him to approach each project with both artistic vision and strategic insight.Whether composing emotionally resonant soundtracks or designing dynamic sound effects, Mihu delivers complete and cohesive audio solutions tailored to the unique needs of every project. His collaborations with talented developers and directors have broadened his artistic perspective and sharpened his technical skills.Above all, Mihu is deeply passionate about music, storytelling, and sound design. As a lifelong gamer, he brings an intuitive understanding of interactive media and a genuine enthusiasm for creating compelling audio experiences.

Mihu is genuinely one-in-a-million. He's amazingly talented and creative, delivered the best quality before the deadline, and was very communicative about his interpretation, ideas, and process. He nailed the vibe I wanted with only minor tweaks required, which he implemented super quickly and was supportive throughout. He is my first go-to composer!
